Atwell Suites at Mojave Crossing:  Opening Winter 2027

In partnership with E.K. Bailey Construction and Nipko Development, Persona will be part-owner and consultant of the new IHG Atwell Suites at Mojave Crossing in St. George, Utah. Set to open in Winter of 2027. The Atwell is part of a campus development at the Sunriver exit that includes a medical building and a retail building.

This family and business friendly all-suites hotel features a pickleball/sports court, outdoor pool and hot tub, outdoor patios, two family suites, and much more.
