Case in Point: Davis Conference Center

Before construction began, a detailed review of the ballroom layout revealed a simple yet powerful opportunity. By widening the ballroom by just one foot—and narrowing the adjacent hallway by the same—an additional ten banquet tables could fit in the space.
That’s 100 more guests per event, every event, every year. With over 800 events annually, this small design tweak created a significant and lasting boost to the venue’s bottom line.

Case in Point: Candlewood Suites Prototype

While reviewing plans for a new hotel prototype, we noticed each floor’s electrical rooms were oversized and redundant. By consolidating them into a single main-floor room, we gained three additional spaces—perfect for Flex Rooms.
These became hospitality suites, meeting planner storage, or small boardrooms, giving the property a versatile advantage. Each room added tangible value, increased group bookings, and set the hotel apart from its competition.
